Each inn is different, reflecting the personality of the innkeeper/owner. Our goal is to care for your guests by using your standards. From check in to check out, your inn will be managed to your specifications

- Breakfast Preparation, Service and Clean Up
- Promptly Book Reservations by Phone, Email or Reservation System
- Promptly Respond to Phone or Email Inquiries by Guests
- Concierge Service
- Financial Procedures Handled Daily
- Manage Staff
- Manage Laundry including Sheets, Towels and Robes from Guest Rooms
- Light Housekeeping of Common Areas including dusting, straightening and trash removal
- Turn down service if applicable
- Preparation of additional guest amenities including afternoon reception/snack
- Building Security
- Freshening guest rooms including make bed, remove trash, replace amenities and replace/rehang towels (up to and including 5 rooms only)
- Shopping for foodstuffs and supplies as necessary
