    • Guest Check In / Guest Check Out
    • Breakfast Preparation, Service and Clean Up
    • Promptly Book Reservations by Phone, Email or Reservation System
    • Promptly Respond to Phone or Email Inquiries by Guests
    • Concierge Service
    • Financial Procedures Handled Daily
    • Manage Staff
    • Manage Laundry including Sheets, Towels and Robes from Guest Rooms
    • Light Housekeeping of Common Areas including dusting, straightening and trash removal
    • Turn down service if applicable
    • Preparation of additional guest amenities including afternoon reception/snack
    • Building Security
    • Freshening guest rooms including make bed, remove trash, replace amenities and replace/rehang towels         (up to and including 5 rooms only)
    • Shopping for foodstuffs and supplies as necessary
