Words are powerful things. They convey an image and evoke emotion. Over the past year, the College of Adult and Professional Studies has been listening to the words were hear from our customers. (For those of you who have never been in business, customers in education are the students). I asked Rebecca Humphries, one of our recruiters, to give me some words that she hears from potential customers on what is important to them when considering a university degree program. Here they are. We believe that any adult degree program worth anything should be “student centered” and not “faculty centered.” The best way to begin being “student centered” is to listen to their words.
